10. Data Retention
ph445 retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following general retention periods apply:
- Account data: Retained for the duration of your ph445 account and for a period of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements.
- Financial and transaction data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the date of the transaction, in compliance with the AMLA and BIR record-keeping obligations.
- KYC and identity verification documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant transaction, as required by the AMLA.
- Customer support communications: Retained for two (2) years following the resolution of the relevant support interaction, or longer where required for dispute resolution or legal proceedings.
- Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your consent and for one (1) year following withdrawal of consent, as evidence of the consent given.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, ph445 will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures. Where anonymisation is not technically feasible, ph445 will ensure that the data is rendered inaccessible.

12. Children's Privacy and Age Restriction
The ph445 Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. ph445 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If ph445 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, ph445 will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

13. Cross-Border Data Transfers
ph445 primarily processes personal data within the Philippines. 14. Updates to This Privacy Policy
ph445 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or ph445's data processing practices. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this Policy.
Where changes to this Policy are material, ph445 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, prior to the changes taking effect.
